ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Through participatory activities, the workshop works on listening, coordination, rhythmic memory, body expression, and the collective energy of the group.

The proposal uses a special framework based on techniques and principles of music therapy, creating a meeting space where rhythm becomes a tool to connect, express oneself and share.

It is aimed at associations, schools, teams, companies, groups and people interested in discovering new vital, musical and relational resources.

Rhythmic sense and coordination

Development of the ear, active listening and rhythmic memory.
